Overview

Land Quest buys, sells, renovates and manages multifamily rental properties in Kenosha, Racine and the rest of southeast Wisconsin.

We developed the site on a custom WordPress theme from a designer's layouts. It has a path for owners selling a building, another for investors buying one and a third for residents looking for a home.

Key aspects

A form for sellers on the home page

Owners thinking of selling can write to Land Quest from the home page, right beside what Land Quest offers them.

A section for investors

The Partners page covers realty, management and renovation for investors buying multifamily property, with what Land Quest handles at each stage.

Residents and their portal

Residents can look for a home, and those already renting from Land Quest go to the resident portal to pay rent, send a maintenance request or contact their building manager.

Video and news

A video opens the home page, and Our Impact collects Land Quest's articles for landlords in Kenosha and Racine.

Back end approach

The site runs on a custom WordPress theme built from the designer's layouts. Land Quest's team posts articles to Our Impact themselves, and a message form sits at the foot of every page.

Takeaways

Sellers, investors and residents each come to Land Quest for something different. The site gives each of them their own page and their own next step, with a way to send a message wherever they are.
