IPHCA is the association of community health centers in Illinois. It supports its members with training, resources and advocacy, and helps people find care near them.
We developed the site on a custom WordPress theme from a designer's layouts. It serves health center staff, the association's partners and patients looking for a clinic.

Visitors type an address and choose a radius, and a map shows the nearest community health centers with their addresses and phone numbers.

Resources for members are grouped by topic, from behavioral and oral health to quality improvement, emergency preparedness and starting a health center.

The menu connects members to their login, the events and training calendar, the store and the IPHCA Career Center.
Email lists
A sign-up form at the foot of the pages lets people pick the email lists they want, from clinicians to oral health.
Back end approach
The site runs on a custom WordPress theme built from the designer's layouts. IPHCA's staff edit the resource pages, the conference pages and the news themselves.
